Presentation of Voucher
The gift voucher must be presented in the establishment upon arrival or before redemption.

Validity Period
Gift vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the stated expiry date. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.

Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be extended under any circumstances.

No Cash Value
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, either in full or in part, and no change will be given for unused balances.

Booking & Notification
When making a reservation, you must notify the business of your intention to use a voucher. Vouchers remain subject to availability and existing booking conditions.

Unique Voucher Code Responsibility
Your voucher code is unique and should be treated as confidential. The business accepts no responsibility for vouchers used by a third party where the code has been disclosed.

Availability & Amendments
All bookings are subject to availability and may be amended or refused in line with business policies.

Partial Redemptions
Where a voucher value exceeds the total bill, the remaining balance may be retained on the voucher unless otherwise stated.
